Free resources

The signal report and the Teardown are general guidance to help you assess your market and your sales process. They are not a guarantee of results. You are free to use them in your business.

Figures on this site

Founder figures describe Michael’s own sales and leadership work and tools. They are not client results. Panels marked as examples use example data.

Paid work

Paid engagements are governed by a written agreement signed before work starts. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes.

The 10x guarantee

Applies to The Install and Operating Partner. If, 12 months after the start date, the added gross profit attributable to the installed system is less than 10 times the fee you paid, we refund the fee.

• Added gross profit is measured against the baseline we record together in week one, using your CRM and accounting data.
• You implement the system as agreed: the CRM is used daily, calls follow the structure, and the weekly numbers meeting happens.
• You share the data needed to measure results.
• Claims are made in writing within 30 days after month 12.

The written agreement for each engagement sets out the exact measurement and governs if anything here differs.
